The FIELD Engineers and FIELD HSE story
FIELD Engineers was established in 2005 in Mackay, Queensland when Directors David Hartigan, Jon Halliday and Matthew Doidge decided to pool their complimentary skills to offer the Queensland Mining Industry a specialised project engineering team.
Operating from offices in Mackay and Brisbane, the business has grown to include consulting engineering and design services across the civil, mechanical and structural disciplines.
Further expansion in 2010 saw FIELD HSE launched to focus on the Occupational Hygiene and Hazardous Materials Management needs of clients in Central Queensland.
With a proven track record of providing precision monitoring and detailed and timely reporting, FIELD HSE has enjoyed steady growth since its inception expanding to include a NATA Accredited Laboratory Service.
Supporting the local community is an important part of our culture. Every year we donate time and dollars to organisations and causes that promote healthy living or help people cope with tough times.
Mad Mountain Bike Club
FIELD have been the major sponsor of the Mackay & District (MAD) Mountain Bike Club since its formation 2009. We’re proud to see that it’s grown into a great family oriented club that is home to some champion riders.
Artspace Mackay Foundation
You might be thinking we are all mad keen sports people, but we also have a creative side. We support the arts through our sponsorship of the FIELD Engineers Gallery at Artspace Mackay.
Charities & Sponsorship
FIELD regularly donates to charities close to the hearts of our employees and clients. We sponsor a number of sporting clubs and support science-in-school initiatives promoting science and technology career opportunities.
